· Customers
In accordance with customs regulations, you must provide valid and accurate data. All consignee names, addresses and payer names should be valid. It is your sole responsibility that the data you provide to us is complete and accurate. Should any information be missing or be incorrect and prevent any shipment or deliveries or customs clearance, we will not be responsible and will not offer any compensation in such cases.
You hereby authorize the Company and its affiliates to make statements, submit, amend and invalidate all declarations and documents necessary or useful to import goods ordered by you in your name. This authorization includes the power of making and receiving services and deliveries, request refunds, taxes and fees relating to the importation of goods. To conduct administrative appeal and court proceedings, as well as enforcement proceedings, appeals and remedies at all instances, file applications, complaints, etc. with public authorities, courts and other institutions. It also includes the right to instruct customs agents in your name and on behalf of you and to grant sub-authorization to customs agents and/or other representatives involved in handling matters relating to the importation of goods and complying with regulations regarding the importation of goods. As the importer, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in your own country.
· Errors in data
In case you detect that an error occurred when entering your personal data during your registration as a user of our Services, you can correct these errors on our Site in the section "Account settings". In any case, you will be able to correct errors related to the personal data provided during the purchase process by contacting us.
· Product Shipping
Atwww.eurocotton.us we ship the highest quality clothing to transform it into a final decorated product, through a delivery logistic provider, therefore, the delivery of merchandise can vary between 15 to 30 business days, according to the available schedule and the accessibility conditions of the destination (Security, Climate, Social or Political). If the recipient's postal code identifies as an extended or risk zone, the delivery may take up to 10 additional business days.
The shipment fee is directly proportional to the weight and quantity of your order. If it is less than 6 pieces (shirts) or is outside of our delivery couriers coverage, the cost will be calculated by the platform automatically, giving you the privilege of choice applying geographical coverage restrictions indicated by the system, the member’s coverage may change without prior notice.
The delivery time starts from the collection of the order (which will be notified by email) to the reception of the package.
EuroCotton puts at your disposal the express shipping service quoted at the checkout of your order (it is limited to the coverage of each delivery partner itself), which may change without prior notice, delivery will be from 1 to 3 business days starting from the shipment date. The company and delivery providers reserve the right to decide which type of shipment is for every address, each may vary according to the Postal Code of the origin, and destination; any questions or comments please contact us before placing your order.

At delivery, the person receiving the merchandise will be asked for a copy of the official and current identification (voter ID, passport, FM2 immigration form or professional ID) to verify the recipient’s identity, as well as the product delivery. The customer agrees on presenting the before mentioned identity document to proceed with the delivery and assumes that the package will not be subject to cancellation or claim related to anomalies (breaks, violated security packaging and / or mishaps in the package).
· General Price and Payment
The prices displayed onwww.eurocotton.us include VAT, excluding shipping costs (these will be added to the total amount at checkout).www.eurocotton.us reserves the right to supply any not accredited order by the Identity Verification process, therefore it will proceed to reimburse the total amount of the charge within a period not exceeding 20 business days. In addition, the client will assume all the expenses generated (commission) for collection and/or reimbursement through chargeback or payment cancellation without prior notice, assuming that the before mentioned action is a bad faith cancellation against the merchant.
The client accepts that payment amounts greater than 2,573 USD are subject to verification for its security, unless the client has made four advance orders for an amount greater than the aforementioned during the last three months.

It is the client's obligation to prove their identity in coincidence of who is buying and who is paying through the Identity Verification process; otherwise, if they do not respond to the identity validation, the order will not be processed.www.eurocotton.us does not request a username or password from the user profile, any request received that is not fromwww.eurocotton.com.mx and/orwww.eurocotton.us domains are not an official requests. American Cotton S.A. of C.V. reserves the right to assume legal responsibility; the client assumes the responsibility of verifying the origin and authenticity of the information before making a purchase outside the official channels.www.eurocotton.us guarantees the security of all payments backed by the 3D secure bank authentication protocol, which it reserves the right to respond to chargeback disputes.
· Delivery schedule
We deliver every business day from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In order to efficiently manage our routes and deliveries, we work with two time blocks. These blocks may be subject to change or rescheduling without prior notice. All orders confirmed after 11:00 a.m. will be scheduled for shipment the next business day.
· Delivery coverage
We deliver the highest quality clothing throughout Mexico and USA, through our courier logistics providers.
Unfortunately, there will be occasions where your delivery location is very far from our main branch and there will not be any courier service, in this case, we will confirm you if there is another coverage or shipping method and if you need to cover any extra shipping cost.

· To which places can we deliver?
We deliver to homes, offices, industrial parks and warehouses. To make every delivery possible, it is very important that you provide us all of the information requested while you are placing your order and please give exact delivery references. If delivery is not possible in your place, we will contact you to provide us a new address, remember that this new address cannot be more than 500 meters away from the initial address; otherwise, an additional charge will be generated for reshipment.
We remind you that we make deliveries to almost the entire Mexican Republic and USA; however, there are places where access is limited by our logistics couriers. Frequency conditions or other external conditions mentioned above, to identify your delivery address as an extended area or delivery occurs, an executive will contact you to offer you an alternative option so that you can receive your order.
· Shipments without Address
For internal and external (suppliers) policy reasons, it is not possible to establish a delivery point without an established address, on highways, crossroads, warehouses or without access to cargo transportation, difficult-to-access sites, areas identified by our logistics providers as high risk and/or with last minute changes of address. Any change of delivery address once the order has been routed will generate an additional charge depending on your location.

The customer at selecting a shipping method and/or provider assumes that the order will travel only through that provider and that will not be possible to modify or unify two courier services (in case of not having coverage). The client assumes that it is a bad practice to enter an address that is not his/her property or in which he/she does not reside for the purpose of delivery in unofficial stores and/or courier services not agreed bywww.eurocotton.us, assuming the risks that emanate from these actions, renouncing their right to claim, return and reimbursement.
· Refund Policy
By purchasing atwww.eurocotton.us through the website or by telephone, you accept our Cancellation and Refund Policies mentioned below:
1. The recipient was not found at the address
An attempt will be made to contact the customer to indicate a trusted secondary person (neighbor, employee, acquaintance) to receive the order. The maximum waiting time for the courier is 10 minutes, after this period the customer will be notified about the failed delivery attempt, rescheduling their delivery to the next day.
If it is not possible to leave the package with a secondary (Neighbor, employee, acquaintance):
- A notification will be left at the recipient's address announcing that we tried to deliver your Eurocotton order and that you must contact us to proceed with the rescheduling and delivery of the order the next day, an e-mail will also be sent with the same information from the delivery service. The third delivery attempt will have an additional cost, so when you contact us to reschedule, the representative will calculate it for you to pay.
2. Nonconformity with the product
The customer has a maximum of 48 hrs to report the disagreement after de delivery, after this time,www.eurocotton.uswill terminate its product warranty policy.

In case you are dissatisfied with the presentation of an Eurocotton product due to a factory defect, you will be asked for a photograph or/and video to evaluate the complaint, please send the photo to sales@eurocotton.us to review carefully your request and to be able to give you a prompt solution.

3. Reschedule
In case the order is NOT delivered:
The client will have to communicate within the next 24 hours, otherwise, a rescheduling will not be possible and the service will be ended without the possibility of monetary reimbursement or change of any kind.
The customer who makes the purchase agrees to provide the following information:
• Order number
• Full delivery address
• Delivery schedule block
A rescheduled shipping will have an additional cost, a service executive will calculate it for you.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations with reimbursement are subject to the internal management, only during the 24 hours after the purchase; otherwise, the customer assumes the benefit of converting their purchase into a gift card.
5. Coverage
If you have placed an order and do not have coverage at the indicated address, you should contact an executive so that we can help you with delivery times and costs in extended areas, in the case in which there is no way to deliver the product, the refund will be applied for the total amount.
6. Delivery times
The delivery deadlines of all orders are subject to the delivery times of the couriers, with an estimated delivery of 15 to 30 business days (Depending on your area).
· Return Policy
www.eurocotton.us Reserves the right of not making any changes of size / color due to logistic international costs. For the purposes of returning merchandise or refunding, the customer assumes full responsibility and the commitment of receiving at its destination, if a return is required; you must make a request via email to sales@eurocotton.us with the following procedure:
Protocol of return due to incident, missing, factory defect and/or incomplete merchandise;
1. Document the incident with photographic and/or fully visible video evidence of the anomaly. Within no more than 72 hours, a customer service executive will contact you to follow up on your request.
2. Send the video documentation via email with a complete description of the problem.
3. If the incidence is valid, you must prepare the order in a package with the same packaging and/or packaging received to proceed with the devolution.
4. Deposit the package on your nearest DHL office
5. You must notify us that the package is ready to return.
6. Once the package with the merchandise is received in DHL, the validation protocol will last from 24 to 72 hours to become effective.
7. When we recover the complete merchandise in México, we will proceed with your refund.
www.eurocotton.us reserves the right to make the return of the goods effective, if the merchandise is affected with stains, amendments, traces of use or washing, partial or total physical damage to the garments, traces of decoration and/or embroidery applications.
· Payment Policy
The client when using and/or finalizing the purchase assumes the following responsibilities:
- That is aware of his/her mental faculties and can carry out a purchase operation.
- That if the client requires payment in cash, he/she must validate their identity and respond to the guidelines of the anti-money laundering laws. And, the payment must not exceed the quantity of 9,999 USD.
- That his/her intentions are legitimate and legal in accordance with the law of the United Mexican States and the corresponding laws of each country. To validate his/her physical or moral identity, the client must present in a timely manner all the documents that prove their physical or moral person.
- That the identity documents provided are authentic. That the resources for making the purchase were legally obtained and if necessary, the client must present the necessary documentation to process the delivery of the merchandise.
American Cotton reserves the right to deliver merchandise in case of not meeting with the requirements mentioned in this section and in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.
